Market-to-Table Cooking at Gastroteca Mauricio
Immerse yourself in Mallorcan cuisine at Gastroteca Mauricio, located inside Palma’s lively Mercado del Olivar. Guided by expert chefs, you’ll begin with a market tour to select fresh, seasonal ingredients before heading into the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class. Learn to prepare classic dishes like Tumbet, paella, and ensaimada, then sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve created together in a relaxed, communal setting.
Duration is 5 hrs. Meal is included.
